CRAFTSMAN documents up to 35 ft-lb and 300 RPM for the brushed CMCF930B 3/8-inch V20 ratchet. A variable-speed trigger, LED and compact housing are listed, and the handle can be used manually after powered rundown.
Trade-off: CMCF930B is sold without a battery or charger. Manual force must stay within the manufacturer’s instructions, and the tool’s stated maximum is not a substitute for a calibrated torque wrench.
